Discography: Tale of Two Rebellions

This is a history program. Most of the music we use is incidental and atmospheric. Short scenes and music clips from a number of movies comes into the mix: Star Wars, The Apostle, Braveheart, Roots, The Godfather, The Wizard of Oz, Hair, The Spy Who Came in from the Cold, The Blues Brothers. And John Denver makes his Afropop debut with "Gardensong." As far as music within the broad spectrum of Afropop Worldwide, we can recommend a few titles used in the program that will enhance your experience of this history. Enjoy!
