Natu Camara Curates Harlem Meet Africa/ SONGS OF HOPE AND HEALING

Guinean native Natu Camara will curate Harlem Meet Africa/ SONGS OF HOPE AND HEALING, New York, Sun., Oct 16, from 3 - 7 p.m.

Natu mixes West African traditional sounds with soul, rock and pop music. As a builder of intercultural bridges, Camara uses her songs to bring people together, weaving a tapestry of musical stories and visions of her beloved home.

Featured on NPR's Tiny Desk Home Virtual for GlobalFEST 2021, YC Woman's Fund for Media, Music and Theatre; 2020 Recipient and Ambassador of "Conakry Capital Du Livre."

She has released a new single called "Farre" from her upcoming album in August.
