Sierra Leone's Refugee All-Stars On Tour, Playing For Free At Two Boots 25th Anniversary in NYC
For those living in New York City, the Sierra Leone Refugee All-Stars will be playing Two Boots 25th Celebration for free this Thursday at East River Park (Lower East Side, Cherry St. and FDR). The show starts at 5pm and will include other acts such as Mamarazzi, Odetta Hartman and many others. Rumor has it that there will be clowns and magicians too.
In case you aren’t in the know, Two Boots is a staple pizza joint that started here in NYC. On top of always being supporters of keeping the diverse culture of NYC lively, they also offer some of the best pizza around.
