Habib Koite and Bamada are a highly regarded, long-standing Malian group that has been performing for over 20 years. Their sound is distinctive and immediately recognizable. Their lush, expansive use of strings, the ethereal vocalizing of Koite, and the rollling, hypnotic rhythms that characterize their music offer a warm invitation for relaxation and a good time.
