Hip-hop superstar Drake and OVO Sound Radio made a big splash with their debut on Beats 1 radio show on Apple Music over the weekend. They surprised everyone by releasing a remix of Wizkid's Afrobeats smash hit Ojuelegba, featuring Drake and Brit-Nigerian grime star Skepta. Skepta's latest single, Shutdown, has been on heavy rotation and the video has garnered over three million views on YouTube in only six weeks. Drake's upcoming Views From the 6 album is in the works, and Wizkid will be at the AfrikCan Festival in Boston next weekend. This collaboration of this trio of artists at the top of their respective genres is a big deal and is charting new territory. We're looking forward to more Wizkid collaborations in the future, but until then, here is the Ojuelegba remix.
