Afropop Worldwide joins forces with New York Music Month, The Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment, our local radio station WNYE and The Museum of Contemporary African Diaspora Arts (MoCADA) for a celebration of African music in New York City. Afropop's legendary host Georges Collinet will be on hand along with other Afropop principals for a lively discussion, a social meet-and-greet and a concert by New York's Alsarah and the Nubatones.
