Leif Totusek: African Guitar
Seattle-based guitarist Leif Totusek has been deeply immersed in African music for over 30 years. He has accompanied such brilliant Congolese musicians as Mosese Fan Fan and Tabu Ley Rochereau. He has collaborated with top musicians from Algeria, Zimbabwe, Haiti, Senegal and beyond. His band Freestyle Candela distills all of that with a jazz spirit. This is a rare solo appearance in New York. A must for African guitar fans!
