Calypso Rose, Santana, and The Garifuna Collective Cover "Watina"
Garifuna music icon Andy Palacio died suddenly in 2008, shortly after huge international acclaim for his album Watina. But the title song lives on, most recently in a cover by another icon of Caribbean music, Calypso Rose.
Rose is accompanied by the Garifuna Collective and Carlos Santana on guitar. This video, shot in Belize, is the first teaser for Calypso Rose's new album Forever, out on August 26.
