Hear the 2019 Road March Winner: Famalay
Another Carnival in the books!
Trinidad Guardian reports that some familiar faces walked away with this year's Road March title, which is given to the composer or composers whose song is heard being played the most times during Carnival:
"Famalay" has officially been declared as the 2019 Road March.
The song, a collaboration between Machel Montano, Skinny Fabulous and Bunji Garlin, played 346 times.
The article goes on to explain that, with his 10th title, Montano is now tied for the second-most wins after only Lord Kitchener.
